Cologne V6 2.8 171CID in to my 20M 53F P7B

hi!
As the native motor 2.3SHC has appeared to be repaired it is unreal (may be after...) that I have bought the motor 2,8i. (but I can't use MFI or EFI on my funny old 20M :)
Has started to assemble the motor, and has a problem - I cannot find in sale intake manifold from the engine with carburetor in any way. Many 2.8 have MFI or EFI - not a carburetor :(
I have found number intake manifold 2,8: F0142538 - is right?

A right 'number" is FO 142536. This is Firing Order - order in witch spark is distributed to plugs.

Original intake manifold from 2.8 v6 PYA is very difficult to buy in Poland, but is possible. Original carburator in PYA was solex 38/38 EEIT. Price of this used kit is about 100-200€. See also ads in our market http://www.capri.pl/services/market

Yes, I think, but all of them is not in good condition, may be new carb is a more good way...

This is really correct cost.
The carburettor separately costs 30-80EU (about condition),
refubrished carb 100-160 (like new), an intake manifold near 60-80.

If you can't wait until you find original 2.8 V6 intake manifold and carburettor then you may also fit 2.3 V6 intake manifold + carburettor. It's not the same but it will run.

Murphy's law says that you will find a complete 2.8 V6 kit as soon as you fit the 2.3 kit. :-)

Thanks. I know about 2.3 intake and have not one :)
At the moment I order intake from England. I have bought(purchased) there parts to the motor (on ebay), and the seller has kindly offered me by inquiry other parts. Including intake. Certainly cost of transfer will be decent, but in the sum intake will leave $80-100. I consider it reasonable by. All the same while different orders come, and I cannot start to build the motor. Just and this order will come. :)
